Overview of users’ app version

For the best user experience, we recommend that all users always have the latest version of iOS app installed. As an administrator, you can easily see which version your users have installed.

To do this

Log in to the web portal, go to settings and click your way to settings. Under App Version, you will bring up an overview of the version that your users have installed.

We recommend that you set up the iPad and iPhone with automatic app updates.
